The Walmsleys Dilution Control Headbox is a thin-channel hydraulic headbox that gives close control over the turbulence scale. The result is excellent sheet formation.

Our dilution water injection system ensures a high degree of mixing. Furthermore, features in the transition from tubebank to nozzle ensure linearity of the water flow. 2-sigma values lower than 0.2% have been achieved with this design. The headbox also has a series of other features designed to improve profiles and formation, and to give flexibility and ease of use.
