We provide project planning and project management for major industrial projects, including machine and plant re-location. Our Project Managers and Planners will prepare the plans for timeline, manpower, resource requirements, utility needs and equipment delivery. They assess crane capacities, door clearances, floor load capacities and access points. We can also support this function with various on-site skilled and experienced labour.
