Project Management

Our experienced teams work closely with the mill project, production and engineering personnel. We provide planning and project management for major rebuilds (complete machine, section or component), including machine/plant re-location. Our Project Managers and Planners will prepare the plans for timeline, manpower, resource requirements, utility needs and equipment delivery. They assess crane capacities, door clearances, floor load capacities and access to mill and machine room floor. We can also support this function with all types of on-site trained skilled labour familiar with the necessary equipment to do the rebuild. The result is maximum team efficiency with minimal machine downtime.
