Charles was a former Vice President of the Beloit Corporation, and latterly the Managing Director of Sandusky Walmsley.
His career has been spent in paper machinery manufacturing, having been a line manager, overall works manager, and Manufacturing Director for Beloit Walmsley.

Andrew Wilkinson M.B.A., BSc. (Hons), C. Eng., C. ITP, MBCS
Andrew has a wealth of Paper Industry experience formerly with Scapa, Voith and Sandusky before joining Walmsleys.
His career in Information Systems has taken him across the world installing major business systems, international networks and several real-time data acquisition systems.
Tony’s association with the paper industry goes back a long way. He was manager of the assembly shop at Beloit Walmsley,
in which role he learnt every detail of how a paper machine goes together.Tony has managed many on-site projects world-wide, from small parts services to very large rebuilds.
Keith has been responsible for the design, engineering, commissioning, start-up, optimisation and trouble-shooting of many of the world’s fastest
and best performing paper machines. Keith was responsible for the design and start-up of Sandusky Walmsley’s highly successful forming section installation in New Zealand.
Paul was head of the ancillary systems division of Beloit Walmsley from 1994 to 1997,
in which role he oversaw the engineering of drive systems, steam systems, stock systems, foundations, and many other areas. From 1998 to 2001 he
was a project manager at Simon Holder Ltd and at Proctor and Gamble’s Trafford Park Mill. He returned to Sandusky Walmsley to head the technical services division in 2002, before joining Walmsleys.
